Returns Policy

At Areva Casual, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our returns and exchange terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within [RETURN WINDOW — default: 7 days] of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Innerwear or other hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will confirm your request and share return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative, a store credit, or a refund.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
- Refunds typically take [REFUND TIMEFRAME — e.g. 7–10 business days] to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges, at no extra cost to you.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
