Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The product images on our website accurately represent the items you'll receive. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. Any meaningful differences (such as size or included accessories) are always noted in the product description.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is emailed to you automatically once your order is confirmed. You can also view and download it anytime by logging into your account and going to "Order History," where each completed purchase has a receipt available.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, log into your account, go to "My Orders," and select "Return Item" next to the relevant purchase. Follow the prompts to print your return label, then pack the item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier. Returns are accepted within [15 days] of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”


In most cases, yes. We regularly restock popular items. If a product is out of stock, you can click "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email as soon as it becomes available again. Some seasonal or limited-edition items, however, may not be restocked.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to Pakistan only. You can enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and view shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your location.
